Mr. Morgan was the best. He told me up front what he thought about my case and how much it would cost and what he thought my chances were of winning my case. I liked the fact that he gave me a choice before I signed up.

was excellent with the guardianship. it was a large family and the selling of land. he was very over priced, after taxes mr. morgan took over half of the money, tried suiting some members of the family. all and all there were some unethical things, that went on. texas law is very difficult to deal with. texas way or no way. Northeners are not well received in texas including lawyers.

Hired Law Firm

I was constantly asked to remind the attorney about my case. When I expressed my concern to the firm's lead attorney, the firm attempted to charge me for both his time and that of the attorney to investigate my complaints. The attorney subsequently quit the case after numerous billing and quality of work complaints. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.
