Greg Giles never calls back. I never see him and always have to talk to his assistant.He doesn't call and give update on anything. Its like they really don't care. You can tell he is in it only for the money. You are really not treated like a person.
I chose Marshall Moore to help me with a property dispute. I spelled out the situation and he acted like we could achieve a favorable result, though I know there are no guarantees with legal issues. I met with him 3 times and conversed with him a few more times. Through that time he never explained the law and how I may be right or wrong. We did discuss another situation, which he referred to my opponents lawyer as actions I was considering in this situation. It seemed to me that he was confused about the situation, so I invited him to visit the site, which he never did. I am trying to be careful here, because he is a lawyer, however, it seems to me that he gave up and tried to convince me without knowing the law. I still do not know whether I had a legal leg to stand on, but he collected his fee.
Only reason why I’m giving low stars is because I never received an email back from them. I can’t say if they are good or not but being ignored isn’t a good sign. I can’t recommend them to answer any of your questions.
Only thing I can is say is I haven’t had to pay anything. His assistant is rude and will never let me speak to him.
