James was hired for a chapter 7 April 2020. First call he failed and I had to call to get him to call. Scheduled a second in June and he never called. The promise of collectors leaving me alone was a true statement but he left off "in 10 months" . That was his first miscommunication. I even got to the point I would call creditors and explain i was in chapter 7 call my attorney. They would call back stating calls would not be returned. My debt rose significantly with 10 months or more of fees and interest. The trustee sent a realtor out and James could not explain why. I was deemed insolvent and to this day the only answer I have from him is "ITS A TECHINAL THING IN THE STATUES AND I WILL HAVE TO GET BACK WITH YOU." I wanted an explanation on why I was insolvent before making a decision on the vehicle asset. 8 weeks later James got back with me with this. YOU ARE TO SURRENDER THE ASSET FOR AUCTION. He stills avoids the insolvency issue. He takes more retainers that he can provide for.
