Does not respond back. He tells you he has submitted paperwork and blows smoke up your rear saying he's waiting on a court date, then tells you there is more paperwork to fill out. Later tells you he already has the paperwork (what you filled out before) and that he is hand walking it though. Paperwork that was filled out 3 months ago! He does not care about you or your case. I had to switch to someone else. I also have other co-workers that were using him and are going through the same stuff.
This attorney is currently Disbarred. he is a con and a thief with no morals boundaries . He stole money from helpless elderly people and he thought he was going to get away with it because he was above the law. I personally witnessing him laughing at his crimes and the idea of never being caught. Thankfully, justice caught up with him. Do not go near this monster!
Do not contact this office for any legal matters, he has been sued in court and has lost, he did not show up twice for court and has no respect for the legal system. He owes me 1500.00 plus court costs and is now refusing to pay. Scale of 1--10, I rate this clown a -10.
Eric Seigler was hired by me July 2009 to do a home loan modification for which he
asked for $3000.00 up front to get started. He cashed my check in that month. I NEVER received the home loan modify nor did pay me back the 3k he took from me!! He will not return my calls OR pay me back!!
We were contacted by Eric Siegler to have our mortgage loan modified for $3,000. This was 10 months ago. We have paid the fee in full and we still have not received a loan modification from our lender. We have had 1 proposal and it was a fraction of what was promised. Also I have had multiple appointments to speak to Eric Siegler and he either cancels and reschedules or does not even show up for the appointments. Nobody seems to answer the phones or the phones are not working at all.
