Shahar specializes in representing corporations and private clients, both domestic and foreign, in complex litigation cases before the courts and during arbitration and mediation proceedings in the civil-commercial litigation field.
The cases Shahar handles involve shareholder disputes, commercial lawsuits, class actions, real estate disputes, intellectual property, and international law.
Prior to joining Barnea, Shahar worked in the litigation departments of several leading law firms.
