Adv. Lior Girshevitz provides legal counsel to international and local entities in the private and public sector, high-tech companies, industrial companies, and employees and executives. He advises on a wide range of issues in the labor law field.
Lior has gained significant experience in conducting various litigation proceedings in labor courts and other courts, individual and collective dispute resolution procedures, arbitration and mediation proceedings, inquiry proceedings pursuant to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Law, and investigations of incidents of harassment at work.
In addition, Lior guides the firm’s clients in the labor law aspects of various commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational structure changes.
Lior advises on all elements of employment law and labor relations, including working conditions, personal employment agreements (including senior agreements), collective labor agreements, and compensation plans for employees and senior managers.
He also creates work procedures and ensures proper management of employment termination procedures, which often involve unique complexities and require close legal guidance and direction.
