Ben has experience in a range of domestic and international corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity transactions, joint ventures and strategic collaborations.
Before joining Herzog, Ben spent over a decade in the International Law Department of the Israel Defense Forces. In his last role, Ben managed the legal aspects of the IDF’s agreements with foreign countries and international organizations, and was involved at the national level in negotiating and drafting international agreements on behalf of the State of Israel.
Prior to the IDF, Ben worked at leading law firms in Israel and in Australia, focusing on M&A and Equity Capital Markets.
