Adam is a partner in Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Corporate department, where he advises on a broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border corporate and commercial transactions. His practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Adam has extensive experience representing founders, investors, multinational corporations, and emerging companies across a range of industries.
Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Adam practiced as a solicitor in the London office of Pinsent Masons LLP, with a particular focus on the structuring, formation, and operation of private equity funds.
