I was divorced in Florida as an out of State active duty military member in 2018. I did not use Ted at that time, as I didn't become aware of his until my case nearly resolved. 4.5 years later when neither my ex or myself lived in FL anymore, I reached out to Ted to help me cancel my alimony as I believed my ex was co-habitating with her boyfriend. While initially hesitant about the retainer, I was immensely confident in Ted's abilities. Four months later and the case is completely resolved, I won, and Ted saved me several $100k's in future alimony and I'm getting back 40% of my retainer. While his communication is a 4/5, that is offset by the fact that he didn't waste my money. In hindsight he's simply an efficient communicator who told me what I needed to know and didn't churn me for billable hours in the meantime. I fully trust him and would recommend him to anyone.
Was great for my Florida issues but not very productive or helpful with my out of state issues.
This attorney bills $450/hour and he accomplishes nothing in court. The slightest procedure will cost you thousands of dollars.
