From legal assistant Sara Hauser to Roger Mason, I was able to find closure in a disturbing legal incident with an iconic automotive service center in Florida. Mr. Mason is an expert with this kind of legal automotive issues , I highly recommend his law firm 100%.
Don't waste your time. This lawyer took over a month to respond and then had the audacity to tell me about statutes of limitation. This was the time frame to just try to get a consultation. I am just blown away at the lack of responsiveness and professionalism. I can only imagine how bad it would be trying to actually go to court with this firm representing you.
WOW - The absolute worst customer service. I wish I had read the other reviews and followed their advice. This firm does NOT return calls despite saying they would do so. They have wasted weeks of my time and opportunity to gain momentum in my case. Is zero stars an option?

These people are a total joke. Everytime you try and get an update they give you some excuse of why they cant fallow through. I wrote a poor review prior and was asked to take it down and Rodger would get it done. Yeah that was over 6 months ago. Do yourself a favor and forget about your claim if you hired these people or go elsewhere. These people should have charges brought up on them for the increased loss they caused people.
