I have been dealing with attorneys for 30 years, both personally and professionally. Richard Mockler and his team are quite simply the best I have seen. Richard is the Harvey Specter of the real world and makes opposing counsel look like the terrible "attorneys" who represented Amber Heard. Yeah, he's that good. The best of the best have no fear and are never intimidated by opposing counsel. So ask yourself, do you want to face a guy like this or have him on your side. If you need an attorney, a law firm, an extended family, Richard Mockler and Mockler Leiner Law should be your first and last call.

Richard was wonderful when he was acting as an upstart lawyer, but as our case began to grow and he began to build his firm, he abandoned us and withdrew as counsel.

Firm accepted my case, important mandatory disclosure documents from my wife attorney was not forwarded to me, no communication, emails, telephone calls were returned. They did not respond. I wrote them asking for my documents and He NEVER responded. Don't waste your time with this firm, despite all the beautiful websites. Find a firm that is responsive and professional.
