Pamela was a blessing from Heaven in helping me get my property rezoned. My civil engineer said I had to rezone as a planned development which was going to be very expensive But Pamela got the rezoning done and saved me all those additional expenses. Got my application into the Board in 30- days after I waited 9 months for my civil engineer to get it done. With the way Pamela handled my rezoning I had zero objections and it passed the Zoning Board with a unanimous decision to approve my application. Thank You Pamela!
Pamela was wonderful to work with! She was always available to answer our many questions. She was extremely knowledgeable on our rezoning and land use. We will continue to partner with her and recommend her for all our real estate law needs.
Pamela has been a very reliable, responsible attorney for us that involved a case that has been going on for years. We really appreciate her willingness to explain the situation in terms we can understand as well as truly represent our best interests. I would highly recommend.
