Hired Attorney Tonya Oliver

I summoned Tonya Oliver to represent myself in a injury case but I never spoke face to face with any Attorney at Oliver and Fox only a Secretary the entire case endeavor. I also never got an explanation/response on the Case pertaining to “Falsified Public Document represented” or lost medical E-Mail that was of Grave Danger to the life of a Sworn Deputy by the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office under the leadership of Chad Chronester and his upper chain of Command as to why the false medical description was even on the Government document that I stated to Sheriff office leadership was False testimony contrary to the description I turned in on the Original Government Form notice of Injury. I was thanked for my Service but not my Integrity . Semper Fi .

Hired Law Firm

From my previous experience working at the firm I can say that if the attorneys paid their employees more, the turnover rate wouldn’t be so high.I would ask for updates on files and wait months. I mastered my job as an intake specialist and trained the new employee who is unprofessional, confrontational, and makes other employee(s) feel uncomfortable. I brought this to Tonya Oliver’s attention and I was interrogated by Dana and Kelli. Dana told me I would be terminated for not answering a question based on my personal feelings. The new girl got to keep her job after asking another employee “what’s good, do we have a problem?” However, I was threatened if I don’t answer a question based on my experience and feelings, then I “might be terminated” so I ended up quitting my job. Every employee gets treated differently and the rules do not imply to everyone. I asked for a raise two months ago and was told because I’m joining the military I don’t qualify for one which is against USERRA.
