Marc Edelman has been practicing employment law since 1996. He spent the first eight years of his career litigating cases and providing guidance to corporate clients. Thereafter, he served as General Counsel for a national furniture retailer, overseeing employment law compliance and litigation. Now representing employees, he practices out of the firm’s Tampa office, litigating wage hour/overtime, harassment, discrimination and a variety of other employment law cases.
Mr. Edelman was born in New York City and raised in Bedford, New York. He attended University of Florida, where he received a B.S. in Political Science in 1992. He received his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Trial Team and Law Review. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Florida.
Mr. Edelman resides in Tampa with his wife and two children.
