About Cardillo Law Firm

Cardillo Law serves Florida residents with termite property damage claims disputes including collapse, wood rot and decay. We represent residential and commercial policyholders against their insurance carriers and exterminators.

Cardillo Law Firm is the only law firm in the country focused exclusively on termite property damage claims. Its legal support team is comprised of experts in both termite damage insurance claims and termite damage claims against termite control companies. Located in Tampa, Florida, the firm focuses exclusively on the representation of property owners throughout the state of Florida and other states who have termite damage claims, with a particular emphasis on representation of commercial and multi-family real estate owners and developers, and condominium associations. The firm handles homeowner cases as well. Termite property disputes and damage claims are brought against insurance companies that insure the damaged property, and also termite control companies responsible for termite prevention and control at the termite infested property sites. Attorney Peter Cardillo has done this type of work since 1994. He is a former managing partner of the Tampa litigation department of a national law firm, is recognized for his expertise as a termite damage attorney and has been featured by both local and national media in numerous news stories.

Had a really disappointing experience after reading reviews which I am now convinced is their friends and family members. Constant lack of communication, legal would go MIA, constant unanswered questions. I would not recommend this law firm unless you are looking to be left high and dry. Beware!
