Brandon James Tyler is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office and concentrates his practice on appellate matters and litigation support. He practices in the Florida Supreme Court, all six of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Mr. Tyler earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as a Senior Research Editor on the Florida Law Review. Before that, he graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a minor in English Literature. Throughout his undergraduate studies, Mr. Tyler gained experience at both the trial and appellate levels working as a Law Clerk at a criminal-defense firm in Orlando.
