I would 100% recommend this law firm and David. I needed help with the purchase and sale of real estate due to many challenges that could have never been expected. Even with the threat of the deals falling apart and dealing with difficult people, he was able to deliver confidence in working through the problems step by step. Hired Attorney David Befeler

I contacted Mr Befeler and 2 other attorneys the first week in September 2024 who specialized in condominium laws. Mr Befeler promptly responded and I never heard from the others. I had been dealing with rats at Patriot Square Condominiums since February 2024. I had contacted the HOA and Resource Property Management immediately regarding the issue. I never received adequate response or communication to the situation. My initial appointment with Mr Befeler was October 8, 2024 but unfortunately Hurricane Helene postponed it and my rescheduled meeting was October 17, 2024. Then Hurricane Milton happened October 10, 2024 and I had to reschedule for the third time for October 29, 2024. After our initial meeting, I hired Mr Befeler and I emailed all my communication and pictures. I included all the lack of communication from HOA and Resource Property Management. The lack of efforts from them to rid the building and all the units from rats. Mr Befeler’s efforts resolved my problem. Thank you

By far one of the best experiences I have had when needing help. David and his law firm took all the stress off our backs and totally put our concerns at ease. We had an issue with our HOA where we needed guidance and they were always there for us until the issue was fully resolved.
