Ashleigh Nichole Dyer is an Associate at the firm's Tampa office. Her practice focuses primarily on medical malpractice defense.
Ms. Dyer studied Communication Studies and English at Arkansas State University, where she received her bachelor's degree with honors in 2015. Ashleigh then attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law on partial scholarship, earning her Juris Doctor and graduating magna cum laude, in the top 10% of her class in May of 2020. During her law school tenure, Ms. Dyer served as an Executive Editor to the Arkansas Journal of Social Change and Public Service, and as an Associate Editor to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review.
Prior to relocating to Tampa, FL and joining Cole, Scott & Kissane's medical malpractice team, Ms. Dyer spent some time practicing private criminal defense back in her home state of Arkansas.
