Mr. Davis is a native Floridian and was raised in the Panhandle of Florida. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Davis represented injured individuals at a boutique trial firm in the Tampa Bay Area, where he obtained millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts for his clients. Before that, he practiced civil litigation defense for some of the Nation's largest insurance companies, which allows him to leverage his institutional knowledge of insurance companies to his clients' advantage. Over the past four years, Mr. Davis has been consistently ranked by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and Best Lawyers - Ones to Watch.

Mr. Davis graduated magna cum laude from University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Minor in Spanish in 2008. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law in May 2012, where he was the recipient of the Distinguished Pro Bono Service award and various other scholarships. During law school, he worked in the Complex Litigation Division of the Florida Office of the Attorney General, assisting in high-stakes, class-action litigation.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
