About Alec Josepher

Alec Josepher is a proud Tampa native and a dedicated personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan, where he concentrates his practice on medical malpractice cases. Alec earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University, where he also excelled as a student-athlete. He served as captain of the men’s tennis team and was a member of the 2017 NCAA National Championship team. Following his undergraduate studies, Alec earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, attending on a merit-based Academic Excellence scholarship. During law school, Alec was recognized with the Victor O. Wehle Award for outstanding trial advocacy and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for his commitment to community service. He also interned with the Honorable Rex M. Barbas of Florida’s Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, gaining hands-on experience in the courtroom.

Today, Alec brings that same competitive edge and relentless drive to the legal arena-taking on powerful insurance companies and fighting to win justice for the injured.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
