About Keith L. Bell, Jr.

Professional Experience:

Keith's civil litigation practice is focused in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, bankruptcy and related creditor's rights actions as well as probate and trust litigation. He represents national, regional and local financial institutions in all types of litigation matters including but not limited to Uniform Commercial Code enforcement litigation, real estate mortgage enforcement litigation and administrative and adversarial bankruptcy matters. Keith also maintains an active probate and trust litigation practice representing not only national, regional and local trust companies in professional liability actions but also individuals in trust and will contests.

Keith graduated cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law in 2002. He earned his undergraduate degree in The Humanities from Florida State University in 1998. While in law school, he was the Vice President of the National Trial Advocacy Team.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
