Hired Attorney Dennis Schroader Jr

If you are looking for a way to throw away $5,000 dollars on a retainer, then have someone ghost you and destroy your case and your life Dennis is the attorney for you. Dennis was told up front that this was going to be a high conflict case, yet he still insisted he would be able to settle the case. In 7 months, he attempted to settle the case ZERO times. When asked for a legal strategy he never gave one never sat with me to discuss options. When asked why we aren't doing depositions, interrogatories, admissions of guilt nothing but crickets. He failed to secure visitation with my children he failed to stop my ex from cleaning me out financially he failed to do the BASICS ANY GOOD divorce attorney would do. If you see this guy gunning for your business RUN DO NOT WALK and never look back. There are bad divorce lawyers out there and then there are incompetent, untrustworthy failures out there. Take your time and research who you plan to hire or you could end up with nothing at all.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
