Heather C. Ramirez is a dedicated family law attorney with a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal challenges with clarity, compassion, and effective advocacy. Her practice focuses on guiding clients through difficult family law matters while working toward practical solutions that protect their long-term well-being.
Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington, along with a minor in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations. Her interest in the legal field grew during an internship with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, where she developed a deeper understanding of the impact legal advocacy can have on individuals and families. Inspired by that experience, she pursued her Juris Doctor at Seattle University School of Law, where she was awarded a Dean’s Diversity Scholarship and graduated in 2006.
Throughout her career, Heather has remained committed to serving her community through volunteer work and advocacy. She previously volunteered with Legal Voice, providing family law information and referral services to individuals seeking guidance during difficult times. She also served with Family Law CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), where she advocated on behalf of children involved in highly contentious custody disputes.
Heather brings both legal knowledge and genuine empathy to her practice, helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident as they move through some of life’s most challenging transitions.
