**READ THIS BEFORE RETAINING HIM** My total costs of just his charges with zero actual court hearings was $12,656. He claims he knows how to fight for military people. That is a complete joke, everything was determined using the mediator. Going right from the initial meeting with him he tries to use words that make you think he knows what he’s talking about. He tried to use “Specificity” like my divorce was so different than anyone else’s. Also, be warned he doesn’t have a paralegal so you pay his rate for everything, including a 2 line email. Throughout the divorce he would call me because he didn’t understand what I wrote in an email, thus incurring more charges. By the way, I am in law enforcement and write court documents on a daily basis. He has sent me other clients court paperwork, he misspelled my ex-wife’s name on numerous documents, he even sent me a bill and he put in the complete wrong amount which was 100% more than the actual bill. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
