The Law Office of David B. Vail was founded on July 1, 1977. David B. Vail established the firm in response to the plight of the injured and disabled. Since 1977, the firm has remained dedicated to being a voice for those unable to advocate for themselves. Our practice specializes in workers’ compensation claims, social security disability claims, and personal injury cases.

The Law Office of David B. Vail and Associates has developed a reputation for taking on the complex cases that other law firms turn away. David built his firm on the philosophy that he and his employees pursue for each client the benefits and compensation they are entitled to. The firm’s philosophy is based on the desire for each client to survive financially and emotionally. Each employee is dedicated to exhausting all avenues when advocating for our clients. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
