Hired Attorney Nicole M. Bolan

My case was dealing with issues of extreme prejudice of different cultures. Nicole took the upper road! We had 4 judges, who decided on continuances, rather than making “judgements”! Finally, the 5th judge made a decision! My case was settled in my favor! Nicole M Bolan is a team player… I have a team mate for life! I think she should be a judge! I thank her for what she does! Hired Attorney Nicole M. Bolan

Ms. Bolan is experienced, and it's obvious from initial consultation, to trial, to motions, to settlement. She is direct, factual, honest, and is incredibly precise and organized. She knows her family law, and her knowledge and positive reputation in the courtroom was obvious to me but also to the judge and clerks. I truly appreciated Ms. Bolan's approach and diligent work for 1.5 years that she worked my divorce case. I highly recommend her.

Nicole Bolan was my attorney and I had a very difficult, contentious and cimplicated case. She was suberbly prepared, professional and empathetic. Her and Heather Aldersen went far beyond what any other counsel would have in helping and supporting me. I do not believe there is anyone better in the business. Highly reccomend!

Not only were there numerous mistakes in the documents drawn up, which we had to initial and change, rather than being corrected in the original document, but the billing system is a mess. I had to call a number of times to finally get the bill corrected.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
