We were forced to seek bankruptcy counsel and discovered later that there were several actions that Atty Fritsch could have taken to might have helped us to save our home. She attended notified us of and attended court hearings and filed papers, & charged us almost triple her estimated cost of "taking care of matters like this". Unfortunately, I could site several more examples of unprofessional behavior, including being too busy, because of writing a book about "how to open your own law firm."

Hired Law Firm

As I stated in the firm review, we later learned that Atty Fritch did not take many actions that could have saved our home-we fired her and hired a bankruptcy attorney as a result. She was often unreachable and unresponsive to questions, did the bare minimum required-ie;filing documents and attending court, all the while compiling charges three times her original estimate to "take care of a matter like this". During this time she was busy writing a book called "Opening your own law office".
