Hired Attorney

Working with Roger was a pleasant experience. He was cordial and responsive. I contacted him for an agreement of sale to purchase some land from my neighbor. I met with him for about 15 minutes and he suggested a deed of easement because it was for a driveway. The neighbor agreed initially. Roger provided a draft copy of the deed of easement which I gave to my neighbor for review. My neighbor changed his mind about selling the land. I informed Roger who charged me the full fee of $250 we initially discussed. He said he gave me a discount off the $500 to $600 worth of time he spent.
