Hired Law Firm

I found Ms. Hubbell most competent, but the office staff, was not as organized as I would have wished. When I spoke to the lawyer, things progressed, but when I had to 'pass along' queries, things seemed to get 'muddled'. Everything came to a satisfactory resolution, but I had to spend much more time, to obtain this resolution, than I thought I should have had to do.

Hired Law Firm

Was the estate attorney for my father. Terrible communication. They filed the final tax return in mid 2022, IRS sent the money in September 2022 and we still don't have it. Million excuses, we didn't get the check, we changed our address, we'll look into it, blah blah blah and now the phone is disconnected. Going to file a complaint with the Florida Bar - they basically have stolen the money.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
