Lewis H. Warr, a dedicated attorney, focuses his practice on civil litigation and criminal defense, serving South Carolinians who have been injured or wrongfully accused. His civil litigation work encompasses auto accidents, trucking accidents, slip-and-fall cases, medical malpractice, and civil rights issues, among others. Lewis joined the firm as a Partner in 2020, following years of summer clerking at Young & Associates, P.A., from 2013 to 2019. A proud Citadel alumnus, he graduated a year early in 2016 and gained hands-on experience at Young & Associates before entering law school. While studying at the University of South Carolina School of Law, he clerked for the South Carolina Attorney General’s office and earned multiple Cali Awards for his achievements, including recognition as the Best Plaintiff’s Advocate in Trial Advocacy.
Recognized as one of the region’s rising talents, Lewis was named to Super Lawyers' Rising Stars List in 2022 and voted Best Civil Attorney by The Sumter Item in the same year. A lifelong resident of Sumter County, he is a member of New Harmony Presbyterian Church and a father of two. Outside of his practice, Lewis enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
