To expensive, gave him $2,000.00 and in less then a month, without going to court his bill was over $10,000.00.

Yeah, nuff said. Once he's done with you .....he's done with you. Unless you know the law like the back of your hand, don't hire him.

My parents died a few years ago, and and he did not finish the Will and Trust to their wishes. For four years now, there's been so many things that he gave me bad advice on, and all of it has fallen on my shoulders. My house was in my parents' name and it was supposed to be transferred into my name at their deaths; but Klaus neglected to include that into the Will and Trust. {para}Not to mention the huge breach in trust because he sells vitamins on the side and would pitch them to me.

Promised more than he could deliver. Wasted too much time filing claim. Failed to keep track of payments and expensive.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
