Hired Attorney Mr. Spencer Davis Jr.

As a Prosecutor, Spencer Davis only care about winning. He will let police officers lie and exclude needed evidence. He will drag you to court so many times that you simply give up. This is NOT a good human or prosecutor. This is an inhumane person who only cares about winning even if he ruins a life. I hope he is not welcome back to orange beach and someone looks into his actions. He has hurt SO many people for the sake of winning. Innocent people have had their lives ruined. If this is your prosecutor please go to another court and do not give the court his practices in your money. He will ruin your life for less than $1000. He offers deal after deal and will delay. He doesn’t hold officers accountable. He’s only about WINNING even if he is wrong. I hope he knows how badly he had destroyed innocent lives for the sake of being known as a winning prosecutor. Winning doesn’t matter when you totally ruin innocent people. AVOID!
