I hired Mr. John Ginn to cleanup a messy divorce made worse by a previous attorney. Hiring another attorney was scary, fearing the same thing would happen. I got quite a surprise! He was knowledgeable, kind and held to high standards. He had my trust in no time, showing Christian values and strong ethics! Very pleased with outcome!

Hired Attorney Mr. John Ginn

John C Ginn in Sulphur Springs, Texas at Smith, McDowell, and Ginn- Attorneys at law office was EVERYTHING we had hoped for with our case. It was a criminal case and my family member was looking at having to be sentenced to 6 months State Jail or 9-12 months Safe P and we told John that we didnt want that and he told us up front that he didnt know if the District Attorneys office or the Judge would agree to anything less than that, but that he would fight for us and try to get it over with and let us bring my family member home. It got down to the day before the court date and he came to us with the good news that the judge agreed to TIME SERVED after she spent 65 days in the county jail. We were amazed at the results even though sometimes John didnt have the answers we wanted right away but he came through for us. If you need a great lawyer; John C Ginn is your man!!
