Saunders & Ojeda, P.C. is a law firm with an office in Suffolk, VA. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing business law, corporate law, domestic relations and 12 other areas of law.
A few years ago, Lawyer Ojeda performed worked for us. She was knowledgeable. I was pleased. Fast fwd to 2024 and 2025, I call the office to speak with Lawyer Ojeda. The receptionist/ telephone person / admin asked what it is concerning and that the lawyer is either out of town, on vacation or in a meeting and she will deliver the message. After numerous attempts, I have never gotten a return call and the receptionist never knows if Lawyer Ojeda received my message nor will acknowledge a message was left. I don't know why their service has declined but perhaps I will no longer use nor recommend their law office to others.
This law firm needs to be investigated for criminal mischief. Martin Speroni as the main one involving the kidnapping of children, abuse of his authority, constant LIES, and sneaky behaviors. He likes to run around with a tape recorder to want to record people then he SNEAKS the recordings to judges in chambers. With his desire to have NO CONTACT at all with his clients that he FORCED himself on basing a so called GAL! Yet he never stops speaking i’ll of them to his law buddies. Even abusing the courts, law and jail. Perhaps this law firm should face criminal charges, the suspension of their licenses and possible jail time. Based on other reviews and complaints that are PUBLIC about others of the firm, it’s a PROBLEM.
I prepaid for a consultation in Jan 2025 with Ms. Ojeda. Due to all the information covered, Ms. Ojeda was suppose to send me an email which outlined the steps I needed to complete and copies of documents that needed filled out and recorded before scheduling the next meeting. I never received email she stated she would send. I called for 4 months straight to speak with Ms. Ojeda, she never returned any calls, emails, etc and the receptionists stated they would follow-up and call me back, that never happen. If there was a conflict of interest or she did not want to represent me due to the complexity of my case, she should have just stated she was not interested in representing me and my family, instead of just ignoring all of my attempts of communication. It was disturbing how it was so unprofessionally handled.
