Hired Law Firm

The lawyer spent about an hour on the phone with me, getting all the details of my work injury. He gave me excellent and detailed suggestions, and he felt my case was quite valid. HOWEVER, because he felt the award would be about $10,000, he said that Pinkert would not be interested in pursuing it on my behalf because it "wasn't worth it" in terms of their cut. So while I appreciated his advice, I've been unable to collect all the affidavits, etc., necessary to put on a good case to date.
