He was very professional and helped me to completely understand the process. He was also quite compassionate. He put me at ease at a very troubling time.

When I was married before & living in Door Co. we used him for bankruptcy. We met with him a few times & he seemed confused. He did not file the papers correctly with the court. The judge reprimanded him. He filed again & left off some items that were originally listed. He promised to do an amendment & we filled out & signed all those papers but he never filed the amendment. We had only medical & two credit cards. It was a very simple bankruptcy & he could not handle it correctly.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
