Hired Attorney Sheila Biehl

I had to hire a Florida lawyer to resolve noncompliance by a sibling regarding my deceased parents Trust. Opposing lawyer submitted 14 pages of documents for me to sign as if I were the one selling the home when I was requesting a buyout. She dragged it out for 4 months completely disregarding my written instructions. I had clear Trust documents and wanted to litigate all aspects including rent since sibling was now occupying the home. Then this lawyer up and quit when I questioned her general strategy. She did not want to go to court when she knew that was my preference. I settled the case MYSELF for 32% more money and no silly documents - just the Quit Claim. This is exactly the behavior that gives lawyers a bad name.
