Hired Attorney Michael Spotts

I was referred to Michael K Spotts years ago by a business consultant. Since our first introduction he has performed legal services including mediation, litigation, preparing and negotiating contracts involving the purchase and sale of several businesses. Michael is tenacious and very smart when it comes to building a strategy that will result in a favorable outcome for his client. Hired Law Firm

Michael and his wife are a great team who I rely on to handle my business law needs. Michael is about solving the problem quickly and cost effectively. I would recommend their services to anyone. They are not an "impersonal law conglomerate" interested in making money regardless of the outcome. I believe a lawyer has an obligation to fight for their client and aggressively seek a positive outcome. Michael Spotts does this. We need more practices like this one.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
