I Contacted Tom Colter for a consultation following my arrest for a third DUI. I couldn’t have made a better choice. He knows his stuff and provides realistic advice on what I needed to do to minimize my exposure to jail or prison. When I was finally in for court, he demonstrated his exceptional skill and expertise in front of the judge. Mr. Colter kept me out of jail and saved my future. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom to anyone arrested for DUI or any other criminal offense!
Mr. Colter came through for me on multiple occasions. He appeared at my first appearance and got me out of jail, got my felony charges dropped, and was able to get me early termination of probation and withhold of ajudication. I also used him for some traffic violations which he was able to get more than half of them dismissed, the others pled down to a lesser charge and cut some of the fine fees. I would use him again and recommend others to use him.

The only good thing about this law firm was the Para Legal that we dealt with most of the time.... Other than that, we got nothing at all for our retainer. The case was very poorly handled.
He is not very nice and is also forgetful. He did win our case, but charged a lot of money and wasn't helpful prior to court appearance. He also did nothing until paid in full. He was quite friendly with the prosecutors as well and could have been more helpful had he chosen to be.
Biggest waist of money I have ever lost. I was so unhappy with the way I was treated and their complete lack of detail and work. They first used a template for my divorce decree that was all wrong. Nothing we discussed was even in the document. They charged me $1400 and never even finished it and refused to give me back any kind of refund. I wish I would of looked up all there bad reviews before I hired them. So disappointing, Save your money and Run Away from these people.

I hired this man in 2018 for an L&LM charge. From the get go I knew how to beat the charge, all the case law and laws I learned checked out. All I needed was a motion in limine. This man tells me things like "you're guilty" or "you confessed" or "that motion will never work" or "I want to hurt you". This man tried to convince me to plea out and "maybe get 8 years" b**** f*** you. I won't even mention the 11k he stole from us just to put me down and try to feed me to the prosecutor. This man isn't a lawyer, he's a crook, a thief, and just your average piece of s*** human being. The end result with a new lawyer (Adam Less) was the motion in limine was filed based on that case law and the laws I learned about. We won and the charge was dropped 1,000 stars for Adam Less
he took my money, i did all the work and 3 days before court he fired me and lied to the florida bar. they are worhless and side with attorneys instead of the public.
RUN!! I really wish I would of took the time to read all the negative reviews. He stole $2000 from me, fired me as a client, refused to give any kind of refund. They didn't even do anything but draw up the initial paperwork. Fraud, cheat, liar. He should be disbarred.
