When my Mother was facing death in a short time, she was informed that she would be totally responsible for the nursing home bill which was many times the amount she was receiving in social security benefits. Wally Kelleman gave us three legal pages of "homework" to get done in less than two weeks. This "homework" would provide Medicaid benefits along with Medicare benefits to cover her looming nursing home bill. This information allowed Mom to pass in peace.
Ms. Kelleman was very thorough and responsive to my husband and my needs re: a will and how to divide our estate. We are in our mid 60s and had concerns with our children but grand-children. What happens if one or both of us become incapacitated? Who will handle our financial affairs? Do we have to go thru probate? Ms. Kellerman gave advice and answered all our questions. Very satisfied.
