Thomas O. Perry is a partner whose practice focuses on litigation in a broad range of civil matters. He is a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates, a national organization of elite civil trial attorneys. He has successfully tried over one hundred cases before a jury. AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Perry defends hospitals and emergency physicians in professional negligence matters throughout Northern California. Mr. Perry also represents and counsels hospitals and physicians in medical staff privileges proceedings and professional licensing and discipline hearings.
