Lee Sexton may be a legend in his field. How ever he has some serious problems with the people he has working for him. Attorney Brad Moody one of his associate lawyers is pure trash. He literally screwed my buddies case up horribly. He ignored obvious misconduct on the DA everything from fabrication of evidence to withholding evidence...lies after lies. He ignored witnesses who had testimony to prove my buddies innocence... basically Brad Moody didn't like my buddy so he completely screwed him. And now new evidence has been found..and all sorts of things are going on with his case.. hopefully soon he will get out of this mess... and go home. Please stay away from Brad Moody. Lee Sexton needs to work on his hiring skills.

This is a warning to anyone considering hiring the so called defense attorney Brad Moody, please do not risk your freedom with this man. A few years ago my friend hired him to defend him in a very serious case, that my friend refused to take a plea on because he is in fact innocent. Moody refused to do any pre trial investigation, refused to hire experts when asked repeatedly, refused to plan a defense, then continued to pressure my friend to take a plea deal, saying if my friend pushed this to trial he would not defend him and when my friend tried twice in open court to fire him the so called judge wouldn't allow him to fire him, bottom line is if Moody decides he does not like you or that you are guilty he will purposely help convict you, there are other lawyers out there that will do their job. So please do not hire this guy as you are playing with your life. Brad moody should have stayed with the prosecutors office in Butts county, he's a sorry excuse for a defense attorney.

If you read any reviews on here that are positive for brad moody and James Boles they are fictitious. This firm is operating fraudulently. Moody and Boles are liars. They took $6000 and now MIA with inmate still incarcerated with still no promised bond. This has turned into malicious prosecution. Brad Moody isn’t that bright. He hang’s himself in his own emails and gets personal with his emotions when the family asks about progress of the case. Unprofessional is an understatement. They do not respond to inmates/client’s inquiries and are not to be trusted. The paralegal Shannon is never in the office or available. She’s either painting or moving in her new home or at home sick. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. And if they respond to my review it will be with lies. These attorneys are frauds, stealing money and deliberately leaving a paid client incarcerated out of retaliation.
