I made a mistake hiring this attorney for my divorce. He seemed unprepared, confused even, and settled for way less spousal support than HE told me I probably deserved in the beginning. He caved under the pressure from my husband's very polished attorney. BUT the worst thing is that he never filed the paperwork with Friend of the Court for my very small support award. So I waited 4 months then had to go to Friend of the Court myself and get the paperwork going. My husband is $1600 behind in support and only pays about an addition $10 per week. At this rate, I won't see that money for over 3 years if I even get it at all.
