Extremely responsive to meeting for 1st time. Knows his job & gets the job done. Wonderful personality & easy to talk with. Answers questions in a timely manner.

After using Mr. Roberson, we found that we could have obtained a lawyer local to us for less money that would have gotten a better outcome for my husband's case. The good ol' boy system is alive & well in Starkville, and that did not help us at all.

Hired Attorney

He charged an extra $1,000.00 that had a deadline and he didn't tell me the deadline date or ask that I come into his office for the meeting. Because of his lack of responsibility he caused the problem that I was there for to become even bigger. After not doing his job he lied. After he realized he missed a deadline he said to me, "I was waiting for you to stop by but you sent someone else to pay the money." If I had known I needed to be there I would have. Then he made an excuse to not repay.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
