Mr. O'Donnell is extremely knowledgeable in State and Federal laws barring foreclosure procedures. Including but not limited to; Statute of Limitations, Statute of Frauds, Equitable Subrogation and so on. His listening skills and his clear way of communicating made a very difficult situation tenable. We would have been buried alive without Michael.
I am a New York attorney, and I have had very troubling interactions with Mr. ALLEN J. SCAZAFABO, JR., ESQ. (of RIKER DANZIG LLP). The following audio highlights one example from January 26, 2024: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uQFyyTNfoP_daXN_wLEAqBX1qsSfydT6/view?usp=drive_link In that exchange, Mr. Scazafabo belittled me, saying I was “not smarter” than him, accused me of watching “Gotti movies,” and used aggressive language such as “you’re not a street guy” and “go ahead, you threaten my family again, and you’ll see what happens.” He also vowed to retaliate in litigation by “ordering the whiz wit” (everything and the kitchen sink). Even when told he was being recorded, he doubled down. This is especially alarming given his designation as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a credential issued by the NJ Supreme Court to signify skill, ethics, and integrity.
