About Ms. Tammi J. Driver

As an attorney exclusively dedicated to adoption law, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my practice. I am proud to be Board Certified in adoption law by The Florida Bar and honored to be recognized as a Fellow of the prestigious Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys.

My journey in adoption began as a licensed mental health counselor, where I provided counseling to expectant mothers and conducted home studies for prospective adoptive parents. With a deep understanding of the emotional complexities involved, I went on to serve as the director of legal services and later as the executive director of two of Florida's largest adoption agencies.

In pursuit of a comprehensive skill set to advocate for children and families, I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology, magna cum laude, from Western Kentucky University in 1988. I furthered my education by obtaining a master's degree in educational psychology with a concentration in community counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1989. After gaining valuable experience as a therapist, administrator, and consultant, I made the decision to pursue a law degree.

In 2005, I graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, solidifying my legal foundation. While I initially practiced in areas such as domestic violence, disability advocacy, and insurance defense, my passion for adoption led me to focus exclusively on this transformative field.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be part of such a rewarding practice. Each day, I am blessed with the opportunity to help create families and guide both birth parents and adoptive parents through their unique adoption experiences. It is a privilege to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and to play a role in shaping their futures.

With my extensive knowledge, compassionate approach, and unwavering dedication to the field of adoption law, I am committed to providing exceptional legal representation and support to those embarking on this remarkable journey.
