Saunders & Walker P.A. is a national law firm that handles product liability cases related to defective medical devices, harmful drugs, and other dangerous products. Our law firm has always committed itself to representing the wrongfully injured or killed, defending them against corporations, insurance companies and manufacturers, and pursuing claims for compensation. After decades of trying jury cases in mostly local court houses, the firm expanded into a nationwide product liability practice. Our national product liability attorneys specialize in bringing lawsuits against pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical device manufacturers for harms caused by dangerous drugs and medical devices that were not properly tested or did not contain adequate warnings for the prescribing doctors. This pharmaceutical and medical device law practice frequently takes on complex litigation in federal courts which are coordinated in federal multi-district litigation and class actions.

He has acted as a a guardian ad litem for a severely brain-damaged child in a very complex medical malpractice case. His insight and wisdom are superlative.
