Hired Attorney Lindsey Porter

Awful. I'm a Masters Educated tenant. I was a landlord myself 25 years in NJ. This unethical clown represented The Dump Seaside Villas in Gulfport Florida. It was a witch hunt eviction case because the neighbors of section 8 did not like me. This case actually went before a judge. Mr Porter had 10 tenants appear saying I was unfriendly. I did not know that was illegal. I have no criminal record, not even a DWI. The neighbors of drug addicts were scary. Thru my years of being a landlord I dealt with many attorneys. This guy is a loser and disgrace to the profession. He is unethical and lacks character to pursue such a case. I should have counter suit but I have better things to do than interact with this clown. Good luck buddy.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
