Hired Attorney

I have worked with Ms Blackburn on several occasions and she is a joy to work with. I have sent several friends to visit her and each was very happy with the quality of her work. Her paralegal, Pam, is also excellent. For a simple will to a complicated trust Ms Blackburn is THE estate attorney in the St Petersburg- Tampa Bay area.

Cathy is knowledgeable and personable with just the right touch of “lawyer-ese!” She is easy to talk to and readily understands your needs and particular life situations. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
