I did not have a positive experience with Daniel Kennell or Boggs law. My case was against my HOA and a roofing company, Daniel did send someone in to assess my damages but quickly told me it was inflated. Daniel knows nothing about assessing damages. Triad understood the scope of my repair work . Daniel did not. He asked me to get Three dollar amounts from three flooring companies. They Said,no it.must.be itemized. He filed under wrong statutes.which delayed the case.. I offered to hire a consult because it was clear from his mistakes he did not know what he was doing but he ignored me. Someone from the board approached me and told me your attorney did not act in your best interest . He caved when the Associations attorney shut him down. So now I do not have enough money to complete the work. I am a senior citizen. I tried to contact Scott Boggs my mail but he did not respond. Basically, Boggs law cares about their fee and not the clients.
